Ingredients:

Directions: Fill the blender with water (200 ml) and add 2 measuring spoons (75 g). Mix well for 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining required amount of water and mix well again.

Charging phase – 1–5 days:

Drink 3 servings, divided throughout the day. Drink the last serving immediately AFTER your workout (if it is a workout day). The appropriate drinking interval is one serving every 3-4 hours, suitable for drinking between meals.

Maintenance phase – day 6 and beyond:

Drink 1 serving, preferably immediately AFTER your workout (if it's a training day).
