Ingredients: protein complex 40% (CFM cross-flow microfiltered whey isolate /from milk/, hydrovon ® – partially hydrolyzed whey isolate /from milk/, whey concentrate /from milk/, micellar casein – Micelle XL ® /from milk / - with soy lecithin); oat flakes /gluten/ 24%, pressed oat flour /gluten/, dried yogurt (only in vanilla-yogurt flavors) /from milk/, chopped coconut flakes (only in chocolate-coconut flavors), cocoa powder (only in chocolate-coconut flavors), egg yolk powder, egg albumin powder, flavorings, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame-K.

Usage: mix 3 teaspoons (60 g) of protein with 150 ml of water (should make about 3 pancakes). Do not mix too hard, the dough should remain thick. Pour the whipped batter into the heated pan. Fry one side for 60-90 seconds until lightly browned, fry both sides only once.
