Usage: mix two measuring scoops (12 g of product) with 200 - 300 ml of water and drink immediately after training. To reduce the intensity of the taste, increase the amount of water in the serving. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.

Amix Glutamine + BCAA powder is a 4-amino acid complex that uses 3 essential amino acids – L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Glutamine attached to them. It is a non-essential amino acid, but its need in the body can be extremely high. One serving contains as much as 5 g of L-Glutamine and 5 g of branched-chain amino acids BCAA. After shaking, you will get a great-tasting drink that will help you recover after training. It can be drunk as a cocktail after training and before it, in order to boost your sports results and recovery after physical exertion.

L-Glutamine – This amino acid is extremely abundant in the body, accounting for about 60 percent of the total amino acid pool. It can be used as an energy source during stressful situations.

BCAA – Branched-chain amino acids, amino acids that are not synthesized in the body, so their deficiency in the body is possible with an inadequate diet or heavy training.
