Usage: Mix 1 scoop (35 g.) with 200-300 ml. water. Use a mixer or a hand mixer and mix for 30 seconds. Consume 1-2 servings per day, on training days after training and throughout the day, on non-sporting days between meals, depending on the daily protein requirement.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not higher than 25 C.
