Ingredients:
Garcinia cambogia extract, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 3 capsules daily, approximately 30-60 minutes before meals, with plenty of water.
