Ingredients:
White plantain seed husk powder, chitosan (from crustaceans), gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, water, dyes: titanium dioxide), refined polydextrose (Litesse® Ultra), Methocel® (micropolymer cellulose ethers from hydrophilic matrix systems), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergen Warning : Chitosan is derived from crustaceans (shrimp). This product was manufactured on equipment that processes products containing milk, eggs, soybeans, crustaceans, tree nuts and peanuts.

Directions: Take one serving (3 capsules) 1-2 times a day before meals with plenty of water.
