Ingredients:
100% highly branched cyclic dextrin Cluster Dextrin®
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, fish, nuts, peanuts and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 250 ml of water or your favorite beverage. You can use it before, during or after your workout.
