Ingredients:
Fructooligosaccharides, vegetable cellulose (capsule); microcrystalline cellulose; BioMOS® (mannan oligosaccharide complex); probiotic bacteria (DE111® - Bacillus subtillis, Bacillus Coagulans /Lactospore®/, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. It should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
