Purified water, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, L-carnitine base, glycerol powder 65%, GlyceroMax®, SINETROL® XPUR EZ (grapefruit extract /Citrus paradisi L./, acidity regulator: citric acid; guarana seed extract /Paullinia cupana Kunth/; flavoring, orange extracts /Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck/, maltodextrin); acidity regulator: phosphoric acid; caffeine, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavoring, stabilizer: xanthan; sweetener: sucralose; color: beta carotene.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: The maximum daily dose is 1 ampoule (60 ml). Take approximately 15 minutes before physical activity.
