BCAA is a unique compound of amino acids (L-valine, L-leucine and L-isoleucine) used by athletes for more than a decade. These three amino acids cannot be synthesized by the human body, so it is necessary to get them externally (with food, food supplements).
These amino acids are important because only they can activate protein synthesis processes. In the case of a deficiency, muscle recovery and growth slows down, sports results deteriorate.
It is most economical to use powdered BCAA. If you are looking for convenience, we recommend analogues in the form of tablets or capsules. If you want the fastest-absorbing, least-digestible option, choose products in liquid form.
Be sure to drink 3 - 5 g of BCAA before and after training and at least one portion on non-sport days. More information about branched chain amino acids can be found in the article about BCAA .
