Ingredients:
White bean extract (Phaseolus vulgaris) StarchLite®; vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), hydroxycitric acid (HCA) CitriMax®, Caralluma fimbriata, Gymnema sylvestre, chitosan / crustacean exoskeleton from crustaceans/ , L-carnitine tartrate, yerba mate® extract aqueous cinnamon extract), BioPerine® (black pepper extract), stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy and gluten.

Directions: Take one capsule twice a day, 15 minutes before your two main meals (lunch and dinner). If you eat a high carbohydrate or starchy meal, you can take two capsules twice a day. Drink plenty of water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
