Ingredients:
Micronized L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-glutamic acid, N-acetyl-L-glutamine, L-citrulline malate, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, dicalcium phosphate, acidity regulator: citric acid; disodium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate; flavors, beetroot juice (fruit punch and orange flavors), color: curcumin (orange flavors); sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine HCl.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, fish, nuts, peanuts and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take ½ measuring spoon (11.5 g) per day. Mix with 200-300 ml. of water and drink immediately after exercise. To change the intensity and sweetness of the drink, change the amount of water used for preparation.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
