Ingredients:
Creapure® - creatine monohydrate, binders: sorbitol, dextrates; Amix™ Carb Tri-Flow complex 2.2% (isomaltulose /Palatinose™/ - a source of glucose and fructose, highly branched cyclic dextrin Cluster Dextrin®, ModCarb™ /gluten-free oat bran, bolanda, amaranth, buckwheat, millet/), acidity regulator: malic acid; lubricant: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; aroma, sweetener: sucralose.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1 tablet - chew and let dissolve in mouth. Athletes taking creatine monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml. of water daily to maximize hydration.
