Ingredients:

Usage: Mix a portion (2 measuring spoons) of millet with 200-300 ml of skim MILK or water, shake well. Best used before bed. The recommended daily rate is 2-3 servings. Do not exceed the set recommended daily rate.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
