Ingredients:
ChelaZone® Magnesium (chelate of magnesium bisglycinate), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), ChelaZone® Zinc (chelate of zinc bisglycinate), fillers: microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agent: magnesium stearate; cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone (vitamin K2).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and plenty of water.
