Ingredients:
L-leucine, L-valine, L-lysine HCl, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, acidity regulators: citric acid and malic acid; L-threonine, L-histidine, L-methionine, aroma, L-tryptophan, dyes: beetroot juice and carmine (only for forest fruit flavor), beta-carotene and beetroot juice (only for mango-pineapple flavor); emulsifier: soy lecithin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K.

Usage: For people weighing up to 80 kg, take 1 scoop (5 g) daily 30 minutes before training, for people weighing from 80 kg to 100 kg - 2 scoops (10 g) daily 30 minutes before training, for people weighing more than 100 kg, take 2 scoops (10 g) daily 30 minutes before training and 1 scoop (5 g) 2 hours later. Drink plenty of water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
