Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)	500 mg.
of which 5% withanolides	25 mg.
Ingredients:
KSM-66 ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera root), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), tackifier: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergen warning:
May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten, crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: take 1 portion (1 capsule) with food, drink with a large amount of water. Do not exceed the set recommended daily rate.
