Active ingredients per serving:	(1 serving – 5 capsules)
Creatine ethyl ester HCl	3000 mg.
Ingredients:
Creatine ethyl ester HCl, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 5 capsules daily. Take with 300-500 ml. of water 30 minutes before training. Athletes taking creatine should drink at least 2000 ml. of water daily to maximize hydration.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. The product should be kept out of the reach of young children. It should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
