Ingredients:
micronized creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride, tricreatine malate, tricreatine citrate, dicreatine malate, cre-alkaline, beta-alanine, di-calcium phosphate, di-potassium phosphate, di-sodium phosphate , maltodextrin, acidity regulator citric acid, flavoring ingredients, color beetroot extract (in wild berry punch and red orange flavors), tackifier sodium carbonate, sweeteners sucralose Splenda® and acesulfame k, tackifier silicon dioxide.

Usage: mix 1 scoop of powder (20.6 g) with 200-300 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Consume a portion 30-60 min. before training.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
